Here are some recent examples of castings we have made. We are currently working hard to improve part quality to industry standard.

Our DFM requirements are:

• Maximum part envelope of 100 x 100 x 100 mm.
• Wall thickness must be at least 1.5 mm across the part.
• Internal corners must have fillets with at least 1.0 mm radius to avoid inclusions.
• Ensure you have a flat accessible surface to allow for gate (metal flow entry point) placement and easy removal.
• Through holes may be no longer than 2 x diameter (1 x diameter for blind holes).
